What Are the Delivery Times?
Delivery times for Europe, Canada, and the United States are 8 to 14 days for Standard delivery and 4 to 11 days for VIP delivery.
Will I Receive My Items in the Same Shipment?
We have branches located all around the world (to reduce our impact on the planet as well as our delivery times). Therefore, if you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in different packages and/or shipments at the time of delivery.

If an Item Is Unavailable, When Will It Be Available Again?
Some of our bestsellers can sell out quickly. We make sure with our suppliers that stocks are sufficient, but unfortunately, some items suffer from their success.
Our advice is to buy items as soon as they are available to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

How Do I Get My Invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you via email. At SummitView360, we want to reduce our impact on the planet as much as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
Why Haven't I Heard About My Package from the Local Post?
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the item is shipped.
To receive communication from the delivery driver in case you are not home, please provide us with your cell phone number when filling out your personal information (Note that the phone number is not mandatory).
How Do I Return My Product and Get a Refund?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
To receive your refund, you must first send us a photograph of the item in question so that we can confirm it has not been used and is still in its original packaging. The refund will be sent to you once the item is received.
